Joes Jewelry

Joe’s Jewelry International is a family owned luxury Jewellery brand based on the paradise Island of St Maarten. With three locations and over 27 years in the industry, the brand offers exceptional quality and customer service. Their brief to us was to update the brand logo and email newsletters along with designing modern and chic website banners that appealed to their sophisticated clientele of both men and women.

 

Objectives

  • To increase the amount of time that customers spend on the website 
  • Increase the click-through rate on emails
  • Create a fresh, clean and sophisticated new look and feel 

Strategy

 

  • Looking at their Google Analytics, we could see that most customers were searching for a specific product. Taking images of the jewellery and timepieces that gained the most interest on the website we created beautiful banners on the Homepage to encourage people to click through and save, share or buy items. 
  • With the logo, we wanted to keep the font the same but added a thin gold line as well as the date they were established to add gravitas and longevity the brand. 
  • As for the emails we went with a strong, clean and elegant look with an element of fun as although Joe’s sells a high-end product they offer a friendly service and have warm and welcoming stores. We wanted that warmth and hospitality to shine through in the e-commerce emails too.
